Apparently, I can assign tasks before the project starts... Is this normal? Should we not validate the dates to make sure you cannot assign tasks before a project actually starts (and if not set then scheduled to start)?

As you've pointed out, currently there is no validation on date selection in terms of project dates and milestones/tasks. This is something that we are aware of and will be adding to the project soon.

Hi @Lyonel, just to let you know that development on this feature has been completed and will be included in the next project manager update.

If a project is in a status of 'Draft', the scheduled dates will be used for validation. If a project is in any other state, the actual dates will be used for validation.
