Darren Rose Posted October 10, 2017 Posted October 10, 2017 When completing a task in a project it doesn't seem to be updating the Audit history, so you do not know when the task was completed. Also, if completing the task from your activity feed, and you put in comments as part of the task completion, you cannot see these in the task audit history either. Can this is be amended? thanks Darren
AlexTumber Posted October 10, 2017 Posted October 10, 2017 Hi @Darren Rose, Thanks again for your post. We are aware of the fact that there is not a full audit history yet around tasks. It is currently the same with documents. Without getting too technical, it's slightly different for these related entities due to the way the data is stored. Rest assured it's something that we are actively working on though and hope to finish in the near future. Alex 1
Darren Rose Posted October 10, 2017 Author Posted October 10, 2017 haha, I'll try not to keep pestering you too much, but I know these are what I'll get asked too so going for a pre-emptive strike The risk matrix is very useful and will allow us to categorise risks the way we currently do Thanks Darren 2
Nikolaj Posted May 7, 2018 Posted May 7, 2018 Hello would it be possible to re-open a completed Task? thanks Nikolaj
AlexTumber Posted May 7, 2018 Posted May 7, 2018 @Nikolaj thanks for your post. I will feed your request back to our product team. Alex
Nikolaj Posted June 18, 2020 Posted June 18, 2020 Hello @AlexTumber i know you added a question now before closing a Task but will it be possible to reopen a task also in the future? thanks Nikolaj
AlexTumber Posted June 19, 2020 Posted June 19, 2020 @Nikolaj the ability to re-open a task is something that has come up a few times now but the problem is the underlying platform doesn't currently allow it. If that changes in the future, then Project Manager will be sure to take advantage of the functionality. Alex
