Martyn Houghton Posted October 2, 2017 Share Posted October 2, 2017 When viewing requests on the Mobile app there appear to be some key fields which are not present, such as details of the Customer, Priority, Service Level, Sub-Status etc. Are there any plans to improve the Service Manager element of the mobile apps to add this level of detail in?
