New Update: Hornbill Service Manager (1063)

The latest build of Hornbill Service Manager (1063) has been released to live.

Change Log for this release are as follows:

New

• The source email is now marked as read when successfully performing the option to "Raise Request" through the Email view {CH00146771}
• Raising a Request from a post can now automatically reply with a comment containing the summary and ID {CH00147765}
• You can now send email notifications through the BMP to multiple email addresses at once (separated by a comma) {CH00146421}
• Set your BPM to "Wait for Linked Services" {CH00146570}
• Add Connections while raising a Request {CH00138789}
• Its now possible to add a new Contact while raising a Request through Progressive Capture {CH00136899}
• You can now view a customer's Requests through their profile {CH00142281}

Change

• Team members who are not allowed to be assigned requests, will no longer receive a notification when a Request is assigned to their team {CH00146577}
• Email Notifications through the BPM now allow you to supply a mailbox’s from address (where there are multiple email addresses) {CH00146421}
• "Get Request Information > Customer Details" BPM automated task now returns Organizational Data relating to a customer

Fix

• Filtering the list of Services in Progressive Capture now performs an exact match on Service Category {PM00148431}
• Unable to create custom view if you added Sites as a condition {PM00148367}
• Linked Services tab was not visible on the Request page {PM00148347}
• Added wildcard search back to the Progressive Capture Sites form {PM00148315}
• Improvements to the layout when applying emails to Requests. You can now collapse the edit email or attachment boxes to give you more space {PM00148304}
• Services subscribed via "All Contacts" were not available to analysts in Progressive Capture {PM00148226}
• When changing the Site against a Request, an autocomplete is now shown to help filter the list of values {PM00148225}
