Prathmesh Patel Posted September 13, 2017 Posted September 13, 2017 Hi, i want to set up a measure that reports '% Incidents / Request closed within SLA by teams' is there a simple way to do this?
Guest Posted September 13, 2017 Posted September 13, 2017 Hi @Prathmesh Patel It might be useful to understand what you would like the actual output to look like first, as that can help drive the type of measure and widget to use - sometimes just by drawing it out. Its also important to understand the timeframe you would like displayed. Is this the kind of thing you are after (I've just created this quickly in paint brush to understand)? Notice that I am just showing Last Months samples so this is the type of thing its useful to think about and specify - and what it may look like it you combine multiple samples on a chart Kind regards Bob
Prathmesh Patel Posted September 13, 2017 Author Posted September 13, 2017 Bob, The attached shows '% of Requests Closed Per Month (Within Resolution) - Priority 1' I want a similar report but by team if that makes sense
Prathmesh Patel Posted September 13, 2017 Author Posted September 13, 2017 Bob, Yes, just like your diagram. Regards, Prav
Guest Posted September 24, 2017 Posted September 24, 2017 Hi @Prathmesh Patel If you didn't get this working, I'll have a look into this this week and see if its possible Kind Regards Bob
Guest Posted September 26, 2017 Posted September 26, 2017 Hi @Prathmesh Patel To do this, you will need to create a measure per team I think (so take a copy of the measure in your screenshot above, add in a team name ID to the Query Where Clause e.g. h_fk_team_id = 1stLineSupport ). Once you have created the measures, you should be able to place them onto a widget, each as a different Series to create the grouped chart. Unfortunately the standard grouping functionality doesn't work with percentages in the way you require. Kind Regards Bob
