James Ainsworth Posted September 8, 2017 Posted September 8, 2017 Hi @shamaila.yousaf There are two ways that you can view your team's activities. If you are set as their manager on each of their Hornbill User Profiles you will be able to select each user within the Activity Page to see all of their tasks. You can also see all that tasks that you are the owner of. In the case of BPM Tasks you can configure these so that you are the owner or tasks that you manually create and assign out to your team will also be owned by you. You will be able to use the Views and Filters to display these tasks that you own. For scheduling tasks, there is a feature that it being worked on that would allow the automatic creation of a task based on an re-occurring schedule. This is still being tested but shouldn't be too long before it is made available. I hope this helps. James
