It would be useful to have the ability to copy an existing Service Level Agreement under the 'Services' section, rather than having to set them up from scratch each time.

Is there any plans to add the ability to copy Service Level Agreements?

I am in the midst of setting up a new sets for another Service Desk on our system and the SLA's are all a bit similar but just enough difference that you need to create a separate copy.

Hi Martyn,

The change from the original post is still in our backlog.  This change is not currently scheduled for development but we will continue to review this.

As per my separate later post, the additional requirement to copy the Service Level Agreement Setup (including all the rules and linked Service Level Agreements) from one Service to one or more target Services.

Having come round to having to do this for another service desk I am adding to our instance, is there any update on the ability to make a copy of an existing Corporate Service Level Agreement?
