Martyn Houghton Posted August 30, 2017 Posted August 30, 2017 It would be useful to have the ability to copy an existing Service Level Agreement under the 'Services' section, rather than having to set them up from scratch each time. Cheers Martyn 1
Martyn Houghton Posted January 29, 2018 Author Posted January 29, 2018 @James Ainsworth Is there any plans to add the ability to copy Service Level Agreements? I am in the midst of setting up a new sets for another Service Desk on our system and the SLA's are all a bit similar but just enough difference that you need to create a separate copy. Cheers Martyn
James Ainsworth Posted January 29, 2018 Posted January 29, 2018 Hi Martyn, The change from the original post is still in our backlog. This change is not currently scheduled for development but we will continue to review this. Regards, James

Martyn Houghton Posted March 21, 2018 Author Posted March 21, 2018 As per my separate later post, the additional requirement to copy the Service Level Agreement Setup (including all the rules and linked Service Level Agreements) from one Service to one or more target Services. Cheers Martyn
Martyn Houghton Posted September 4, 2018 Author Posted September 4, 2018 @James Ainsworth Having come round to having to do this for another service desk I am adding to our instance, is there any update on the ability to make a copy of an existing Corporate Service Level Agreement? Cheers Martyn
James Ainsworth Posted September 4, 2018 Posted September 4, 2018 Hi @Martyn Houghton No update as of yet. This is still in our backlog. Regards, James
Martyn Houghton Posted January 27, 2021 Author Posted January 27, 2021 @James Ainsworth Any update on this please? This has come up again as we are taking on another service desk and splitting our existing SLA based on Region's to take into account local Public Holidays. Therefore having to duplicate the Service Levels, Escalations actions ..... Cheers Martyn 1
Adrian Simpkins Posted January 27, 2021 Posted January 27, 2021 +1 for me - this would be really helpful feature especially as our SLA's can be complex with all the Rules setup on an auto escalating SLA 1
