Hi,

I am trying to capture the time spent logging a request in timesheet manager, but can't seem to find out how to do it. Has anyone set this up in the past and using it?

Yep, exactly what I'm after. Ideally without the analyst having to do anything.

This would be useful for use as well. Presume it would also work for raising linked requests for follow-on issues or where a user logs multiple issues on one request in the portal.

There are no planned changes for this as of yet.  There are some great new features within Timesheet Manager that may contribute toward this.  We should see some updates to Timesheet Manager being made available through the year.

Thanks for the update. We are focusing more on time recording and management as part of analysing the effort involved in supporting different products etc so that this can be feed in to the future product planning/roadmap of our own products, so hopefully he improvements you mention will tie in with this.
