What you want is when the Analyst starts raising a new Request, the Click will start ticking and will stop when submitting the form? Daniel. Presume it would also work for raising linked requests for follow-on issues or where a user logs multiple issues on one request in the portal. There are some great new features within Timesheet Manager that may contribute toward this. We should see some updates to Timesheet Manager being made available through the year. We are focusing more on time recording and management as part of analysing the effort involved in supporting different products etc so that this can be feed in to the future product planning/roadmap of our own products, so hopefully he improvements you mention will tie in with this.
