Guest Paul Alexander
Hi On our default Change Request form, there is a node in the Prog Capt asking for 'Change Type'. However, when I try to log a call from this ProgCapt this field is not being asked for. It WAS working before, but isn't now (it was only picked up this morning, but the Change Manager who was testing this before her holiday last week assures me that it WAS working). Could someone take a look please? thanks
ArmandoDM
Hi @Paul Alexander I could not replicate this issue. Can you please double check that the 'Change type' node is in the flow? If yes, can you see any error in the console ? Regards Armando
Guest Paul Alexander
Hi @ArmandoDM This has magically rectified itself while I was at lunch. I have no idea what happened, but I'm going to blame the chicken sandwich I had.... thanks
ArmandoDM
Hi @Paul Alexander glad to know that's working now. It could have been some caching issue. Should it happen again, try with another sandwich, first :-) Armando

If so can you confirm that it's just chicken sandwiches, or would, for example, a chicken fajita work?
Guest Paul Alexander
@DeadMeatGF I have no proof or evidence either way I'm afraid. However, I am making sure that every time I go to lunch now I take note of what I eat and then do a check of how Service Manager is performing when I come back. So far I can confirm that bacon sandwiches, bags of pickled onion monster munch and Krispy Kreme doughnuts have NO effect whatsoever. I'm hoping to experiment on pints of Guinness tomorrow......I'm expecting the result to be the same after one pint , but that if I carry on I'll be a little less bothered about it all!
