harrj Posted July 27, 2017 Share Posted July 27, 2017 Hi All, I would like to know if it is possible to prepopulate the details field with text when you select a BPM process. Currently the only thing that gets populated when the process is selected is the summary with the name of the process. Second question relating self service diary population: When you choose a checkbox as the question type how do you get it to use the Value to populate the call diary rather than the display name like it does with a radio button? It provides an option to either replace the existing description or append it. Documentation for this operation can be found here in the Update Request section of the Service Manager BPM documentation. Let us know if this is what you are looking for.
