m.vandun
Hi, We are currently in a dispute with one of our customers because we did not solve one of the mentioned problems they send us. It seems that a part of the email from our customer was not entered into the request. The ending of the sentence was also kind of unfortunate that it did not show that there was supped to be more text. Is there a limitation to the amount of text that can be entered in the description screen. If so, is there a way to notify that a part of the text has not been copied? So we can check the mail for the complete text. Regards, Mark
Victor
@m.vandun pics, or it never happened!!! Would it be possible to get some sort of a screenshot, of course, omit or remove any sensitive/confidential information.... or if you like, send me a PM with it? Victor
@m.vandun indeed it seems the limit is in the Description box, rather than the database field... @Chaz any thoughts?
Guest Chaz
@m.vandun there was a restriction in place but I cannot see why it would apply here, so this will be removed in a future update of Service Manager (> 1012)
m.vandun
@Chaz Thank you for the update. When will this update be applied?
Guest Chaz
It will probably be another couple of weeks, but the change has been made and will definitely be in our next update.
