Oddly enough we can't sort by department in the requests view.  Not sure why but the field just doesn't have the option?  This would be extremely useful for us where agents are deployed to specific locations and could potentially pick up multiple tickets.

Hi Mike,

Thanks for your post.  I did try this myself and I see the same as you do where the department column doesn't have an option for sorting.  I'll make sure development are aware and hopefully have this updated soon.
