Permissions Error when open request from notification

On the Android app when you click on a notification advising a request assigned to you has been updated by email, you get a 'You do not have rights to view this post' error.

This works fine on IOS, but not on Android. Currently on version 1.7.4 but has affected earlier versions as well,
