Good morning all. 

When emailing our createincident email address (auto generate ticket), hornbill is not setting the source, so attached images are not available.

Any ideas how to include the images? Thanks!

Hi @Victor and Andy

You can still see the image using the "more actions - view email", then add it to the ticket if you want (using the apply to request)
