chriscorcoran Posted June 19, 2017 Posted June 19, 2017 Hi I have been on to remove a used form our service management today, something I often do, but noticed when I removed the account it also deleted the audit history on the calls, Any idea why this is happening? Thanks Chris

Are you referring to entries in the Timeline that were posted by the user? As @nasimg has correctly pointed out, a user should be archived instead of removed. Ehsan
