Joyce
Hi, I am trying to create a 'live counter ' for ticket logged today, as list of counter widget. How do I felt for it to count tickets logged today? so what should h_Datelogged be equals to? in the sql query. I have try, now() and Today() but I am not getting any value. Thanks. Steven Boardman
@Joyce There are a number of example measures, widgets and dashboards on the sandbox instance, where you take take a look at queries etc. One Example dashboard containing List of Counter widgets is shown below: The Incidents logged today in this example was configured as follows: You can take a look at these examples on the public sandbox, and get access to it by requesting access and getting emailed access details from here: https://www.hornbill.com/try-now/service-manager/ This instance has it's data refreshed nightly, and we are always adding new examples. Hopefully it might be a useful resource for examples of widgets etc. Steve
