I've just returned from a well earned (?) break and find that I no longer have the ability to upload simple status reports directly from service desk. As an example, I have produced a view of all calls in the week for each of our analysts as per management instructions. Until I went on leave I could upload this as a csv file and the fiddle with it to make it presentable. This function appears to have gone missing, or is it me? Steven Boardman Posted June 13, 2017 Share Posted June 13, 2017 @derekgreen Welcome back Would you be referring to the Export Option on the Request List view? if so this is still there as shown below: If you are viewing the list on a small resolution screen, or have the window reduced you may not see the icon as shown below: If you put the window into full screen do you see it again?
