Customer name change - bulk action needed

When we have a customer name change, I need a way of bulk changing their tickets to the new name.

At the moment I'm having to change them one by one - which is a pain.

Is there a better way of doing this - ideally would want this done as a bulk action (eg. tick all the relevant tickets and change name once).

Am I right in thinking that you have created a new customer record to accommodate the name change and you are moving the tickets to the new customer record - Yes

Also for the customer is this a Hornbill User Account or a Contact record?  - Hornbill user account

Sorry this one (name change) has come up again.

Any good way of reassigning tickets from one customer id to another.
