failed BPM error

Hi,

 

Just wondering if anyone can shed any light on the following error. One of our forms always fails when the BPM kicks in with the below error. As such I have copied another form that is working and just changed some of the titles - but it still fails.

 

i cannot see anything that is wrong and the form appears to be the same as all the other?

@lee mcdermott can you do a quick test if you don't mind... can you raise a test request and in the BP use this template: "emailapproval_Reset_Another_Persons_Voicemail" in the email node? We are still investigating the issue and we trying to understand what the root cause is. Thank you!

by changing the email template it has started working.

 

I have changed it back and it is still working?  very strange - i had checked to ensure there were no extra spaces at the end of the email template definition which there were not.

 

So very strange?

But all working now anyway.
