Steve Giller Posted May 24, 2017 Posted May 24, 2017 I have created a test authentication to pass to RequestBin and see how the data appears, but I can't select it in the webhook - have I missed a setting that needs turning on, or a permission that I need to give myself? experimental.keysafe.enable is enabled.
TrevorKillick Posted May 24, 2017 Posted May 24, 2017 @DeadMeatGF What type of KeySafe Authentication did you create i believe it should be HTTP Basic? Just taken a look there is an issue which i have fixed and will be in build 605 of the admin tool hopefully available next week. Kind Regards Trevor Killick
Steve Giller Posted May 25, 2017 Author Posted May 25, 2017 Hi @TrevorKillick, Yes, it was HTTP Basic. I'll wait for the new build and test once that's applied.
Steve Giller Posted June 27, 2017 Author Posted June 27, 2017 Still not seeing any options under the Authentication dropdown - I've attached a couple of screenshots, they may help establish if I'm doing it wrong or something's broken!
TrevorKillick Posted June 27, 2017 Posted June 27, 2017 @DeadMeatGF I just tried this creating a new HTTP Basic Auth and it is working. We have made a few changes to how KeyStore works over the last few weeks when did you create the test keys? Kind Regards Trevor Killick
Steve Giller Posted June 27, 2017 Author Posted June 27, 2017 One was today, the other was a while ago. Shall I create a brand new Key and Webhook - and if so does it matter which order I create them in? Is it better to use the + button on the Webhook form or create the key and find it in the dropdown? Just as an idiot check, is it just the experimental.keysafe.enable setting that I need to enable or are there any others? 1
TrevorKillick Posted June 27, 2017 Posted June 27, 2017 The experimental flag will go away in tonights server build. If you had created one of the keys today then thats not the issue sorry. I will take another look and let you know. Kind Regards Trevor Killick
Steve Giller Posted June 29, 2017 Author Posted June 29, 2017 @TrevorKillick FYI this is now working correctly. 1
Steve Giller Posted August 8, 2017 Author Posted August 8, 2017 Can I take that last post back? As you can see from the first attachment, I have 4 test authentications, but (see 2nd!) only one appears in the dropdown. I wondered if it was to do with when I created them - before or after the fix - but the one I created today didn't appear either. Any sugestions?
Gerry Posted August 9, 2017 Posted August 9, 2017 @DeadMeatGF We would only show Authentications that are HTTP Basic or HTTP Digest types, I will need to ask someone to look at this but people are on leave at the moment so I will have to post back in a week or so Gerry
Steve Giller Posted August 10, 2017 Author Posted August 10, 2017 Thanks @Gerry - I'm still at the "Ooh! I wonder what I can do with this?" stage so not an issue for me.
