However I am unable to open know errors that have been raised by others (I can see then in the request list). Error: You do not have permission to view this request Please can you help me Sonali
Guest Chaz Posted May 24, 2017 Posted May 24, 2017 You'll see this message when you are not allowed to open a Request because of how Service Subscriptions work. Do you support the Service that the Request was raised against and if there's no Service, are you part of the team that Request is assigned to?
