Can't enter text in Reference field of Routing Rule

Hi

I may be missing something obvious here...but.....

I'm trying to create an email  Routing Rule, but I can't enter anything in the 'Reference' field.......I can highlight the field, but as I start typing the box turns yellow, nothing is entered in the box and the rules don't work.

I had this working a few days ago, but I noticed this morning that they'd stopped, so I took a look to see if I'd missed something, and noticed the Reference field was blank. That's when I discovered I couldn't type anything in the box.

I can create a new rule, but the same thing happens when I try to enter anything in the Reference field. 

Anyone got any ideas please?

We seem to have the same behaviour as well on our instance, so would appear to be some missing prerequisite or issue with the form.

@Paul Alexander we can add the reference for that rule if you like, what was what you wanted to have in the reference field?

On the 'update permission' rule could you add the 'default' filter [a-zA-Z]{2}[0-9]{8} please?

@Paul Alexander is done. You won't see the field value in the UI (due to the defect), but is there

@Paul Alexander issue is now fixed. We deployed an update to SM which contains the fix. You would need to update SM app to have the fix available in your instance.
