Hello Everyone

The latest build of Hornbill Service Manager (963) has been released to live.

Change Log for this release are as follows:

New

  • Service Manager specific items can now be added to BPM Timeplans
  • Emails are marked as read when using the 'Apply To Email' option
  • Snippets now have the options to include the current date, current time or current date time
  • Create your own Sub-statuses

Change

  • Added "On Hold" as selectable status in Request Global Search

Fix

  • The awaiting feedback filter on request list would show the owner as the customer in the Portals
  • Added fix for FAQ video height in Portals
  • If a label is used in the questions section, the actual label saying 'label' is hidden.
  • The home icon would not always work in the Hornbill mobile app version of Service Manager
  • Improved handling of BPM errors when no SLAs are configured
  • Grabbing the scrollbar when you have lots of snippets would close the menu
  • Release Type can be used as in the customer expressions of a decision node
  • Unable to close a request after a period of time
  • When a request is updated via email, the content of the email will now be included in the analyst/team notification email
  • Dynamic checkbox in a progressive capture does not populate custom field checkboxes
  • The BPM for a Catalog item could not be unset
  • Couldn't set the customer of a Request if you removed the previous one
  • If you unlink an Asset in Progressive Capture, you can't search for it again
  • Improved performance when searching for Sites in Progressive Capture
  • When an asset is in policy in Configuration Manager, the edit button is below the timeline meaning it is not visible until you reach the end of the timeline
  • Going back to the search results in the Portals would cause the page to refresh
  • Replaced strings with Service Category instead of Request Category Level
  • Not possible to order Requests against a Service
  • You could change the Request type when logging a Request using Catalogs in Progressive Capture
  • On smaller screens you were not able to toggle between the Request list and personal dashboards
