Accidentally removed a customer from a ticket... now there's an error

One of my colleagues accidentally removed a customer against a ticket. In the timelines it shows as the Customer being removed.

She then went to try adding the customer back in... got an error message. She tried other customers and it still failed. She then got myself and another colleague to try and it's still showing the error.

When searching the ticket in the search bar above, i can see the name of the customer against the ticket:

I go back into the request and I still cannot see the customer or change them.

Please advise.
