Users accessing shared views cannot see the graphs

Hi

I've created some custom views on my request list that have graphs too.  I have shared the views with certain users but they can only view them as lists and can't see the graphs. They don't have the graphs icon next to the Views icon???  How can they see the graph views I've created?

Hi Sam,

Currently it's only possible to share the view and not the graphs. That's not to say that this feature wouldn't expand in the future to allow the sharing of graphs.

Oh that's a shame. Can we put this forward as a future development?

I'm please to let you know that the ability to include Charts when sharing a view is now available as of Service Manager Build 1378.  Any chart that has been created on a view will now be included when shared and the user that the View is shared with will have the option to enable the Chart on their Personal Dashboard.
