View of currently assigned work to each analyst in a team

Hi all,

Is there a way of creating a view in the request list that shows how many open requests each analyst in a team has assigned to them at any given time?  I'm aware that I could do this as a report but I'm really after a quick view that I can use during the day to assign work out to staff?

Hi @JBasey,

You can create a View through the Requests List, such as below. This will filter your Requests List by Requests that are open and assigned to a team.

 

Through the Charts tab in the View, you can then create a chart by Analyst. Take a look at the following example where the chart groups the number of Requests by Analyst.

Through the Requests List, click on the "Dashboard" button, beside the "Export" button. This will present you with the Charts that are defined in your Views.

This way, you can view your Requests List and the related Charts in the same view.
