Hi,

Before I run the go hornbill cleaner, I would like to export all the data we have collected from the last two months, is this possible? if so how can we do this?

Hi Akash,

Is the data that you are wanting to export just request data or are you looking for other information such as users and their details, workspaces, conversations, teams, etc? 

If you are wanting to just get Service Manager request details, then there are two ways to do this.  From the Service Manager request list you are able to export your requests.  You will want to make sure that you have access to all the requests in order to have them in your export.   Another way of doing this is by using the report feature in administration.  You are able to save reports as CSV files.

In many cases most of the other details can also be extracted using reports.  If you are looking for a complete export of all data we can look to one of the Application Specialists to provide an answer for you.
