Hi

I have raised a release request and now I am trying to progress it. I cannot see the HUD (note this request is not associated to a service). I am not unable to progress it but do not know how to. I have also given myself all the relevant release management roles.

Please can you help me.

Have you provided a default Business Process for Release Requests? This can be achieved through the following Application Setting (Admin Tool > "Hornbill Service Manager" Tile > "Application Settings" Tile > Filter by "app.requests.defaultBPMProcess.release").

@Sonali The value of the Application Setting should contain the Process Id. For example, the Process Id of "EXAMPLE Hornbill Release Process" is "example-hornbill-release-process". You can find the Process Id by clicking the option to "Manage process settings" (the icon to the left of the save icon)
