Victor Posted April 24, 2017 Posted April 24, 2017 We restored services to the affected instances. @Ralf Peters do you still have troubles with your instance?
Ralf Peters Posted April 24, 2017 Author Posted April 24, 2017 @Victor tickets seem to be fine and can be opened again , email is still not coming in !
Victor Posted April 24, 2017 Posted April 24, 2017 @Ralf Peters thanks for the update, we're investigating what else is affected...
Ralf Peters Posted April 24, 2017 Author Posted April 24, 2017 @Victor seems to be only incoming email, outgoing email seems to work
Keith Posted April 24, 2017 Posted April 24, 2017 ^ Not sure but I can tell you we are also "Cricitally" affected. We are unable to create requests or modify any requests in any way.
Victor Posted April 24, 2017 Posted April 24, 2017 @nasimg no, is not related to SM build, the issue is not application specific and only affecting few instances. Your instance is not affected by the issue.

Victor Posted April 24, 2017 Posted April 24, 2017 @Ralf Peters can you confirm your IMAP server is up and running and nothing changed on the mail server (configuration, credentials, etc.)? The connection test fails for some reason, I've sent you the chilkat log in a PM...
Ralf Peters Posted April 24, 2017 Author Posted April 24, 2017 @Victor just check with our Team , no changes were done to our exchange servers ,checked imap services and they are up and running
Ralf Peters Posted April 24, 2017 Author Posted April 24, 2017 @victor you haven't changed your IP were the request is coming form ?
Ralf Peters Posted April 24, 2017 Author Posted April 24, 2017 @victor as it turned out the mailbox account got disabled ???!!! email is now flowing again , sorry for the misinformation.
Victor Posted April 24, 2017 Posted April 24, 2017 @Ralf Peters good to know the issue is fixed Maybe the mail server/service was restarted? I heard of similar issues before where sometimes a restart might cause issues with accounts... but don't quote me on this
