On hold reasons

Hi @yelyah.nodrog

We have recently provided an update that allows you to create sub-statuses that interact with the on-hold status.  This will allow you to create a sub-status such as ''With Customer'' which when selected will also place the request on hold.  There are a few more enhancements to this feature that will also be released in the coming week.
