Webhooks - event guide

Hi Folks

Would like Service Manager to send task information (time spent, billable flag etc.) to a 3rd party web service on the "task completed" event. Have tried a few of the events but nothing comes out. Aside from what's on the wiki does anyone know the correct event to get this information?

Hi Greg,

Thanks for your post.  I'm not sure if the webhooks would work for your requirement, not only because it may not be able to extract the information you need but this would also apply to all tasks in your instance.   You wouldn't be able to differentiate from one task to the next.

We are working on some great BPM functionality that would allow you to make web calls based on an entry in a workflow.   This post might be an interesting read for you -
