I have been asked by a member of the team what our retention period is on tickets & emails in the system. Can this be defined? is there a default

@gwynne At the moment there is no such setting to remove data after a given time period. All the ticket and email data is retained.

I've received a similar query regarding data retention within Hornbill from our audiors, can someone please confirm if the statement made in April is still correct i.e. all data/attachments etc are retained indefinitely?
