Request off hold

Hi

I can see that I can create a node to put a request on hold as put of the BPM. Though I cannot see how to make a request off hold as part of the BPM (Note - I don't want to supsend the request until you manually carry out the action 'request off hold'

Hi @Sonali

To take the request off-hold you can use the Update Request -> Status automated task as per the screenshot, if you set the status to "Open" then this will handle taking the request off hold as part of the status change.
