Hi

Is there a way to reduce the number of clicks that are required for an activity on a ticket? I am finding that I am having to make 3-4 clicks for an activity which is too much for us.

Please can you help me

@Sonali can you give some more specifics please? Perhaps an example?

When you have an activity assigned to you, if you hover over the activity, you will see a tick in a box (quick complete)

If you click on this, you will be taken straight to the complete view, where you can select the required outcome

and from here you will not be required to then close the view, so this should reduce the completion of an activity to 2 clicks (unless you have made the adding of a reason mandatory of course).
