Kelvin Posted March 22, 2017 Posted March 22, 2017 We have been using a Change Business Process for the past several months with everything working. My colleague now reports that over the last month 2 functions are now not working as intended and the Process gets stuck. No one has made any changes to this since last year. I have identified the 2 nodes that no longer work and wondered if anyone else is seeing anything similar. Although this is set to only allow the user called Change Authority to complete this task, other users can complete the task. Even if you assign the call over to another owner the BPM does not update.
DougA Posted March 22, 2017 Posted March 22, 2017 I've just been told than some of our processes have stopped working as well. After selecting the Service and switch capture something goes wrong and the process stalls. Even more weirdly I tested the process and it stalled but some others haven't had any problems! Victor Posted April 5, 2017 Posted April 5, 2017 @Kelvin and @DougA these seem to be different issues... one is while the BP is running and not doing something as configured the other is the ProCap now switching as desired... if I understand all this correctly If the issues still persist can you both please use https://www.hornbill.com/request/ to raise these issues with our support team.
