How to follow a call?

Apologies if this is a really basic question, but I cannot for the life of me find where or how to follow a call.

I have noticed the I'm following view in my request lists -but cannot find out how to add or follow a call.

Any ideas?

On the request details, at the top of the timeline you should see a [+] Follow link, click that and you are done
