Currently when an analyst assigns a ticket to another team we want them to also select a user too, I can see the Team is mandatory when clicking on Assign. Is it possible to also make selecting a user (in that team) mandatory too. I appreciate some companies would not want this, so a toggle on/off would be handy.

I'm also interested if anyone has a good way of stopping a ticket being left unassigned in a queue.

Hi Nasim,

There isn't a setting at the moment for making the assignment to a person mandatory.  I will have a look into providing a setting that would allow for this.

This will be delivered in the next Service Manager update which is scheduled to be available in the week commencing 16th October.
