James Ainsworth Posted March 7, 2017 Posted March 7, 2017 Hi Kelvin, Thanks for your post. Every now and again I have seen this myself. In most cases it is temporary. I have seen this when a request has been open in a browser tab for a long period of time. In order to secure the Timeline there is a security token that makes sure that the people viewing the request also has rights to the Timeline. I've seen cases where the security token has expired. Sometimes a browser refresh or logging out and back in can resolve it. Let us know if it persists for the user or if you have found that one of the other suggestions has worked for you. Regards, James
