  1. Hi, I am a newly appointed administrator for Hornbill at Basildon, Mid Essex and Southend hospitals, and have my first enquiry ! We are doing some testing using the mobile application with one of our engineers today, and it appears there was some degradation in the quality of the image uploaded from his handset so i wanted to check if possible please : Is there compression on all images during upload? Whats the typical size of an image and 30 second video once uploaded What housekeeping functionality do we have IE auto archive bases on chronological order Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks
  2. Hi, We have around 160 devices that have been added into the Service Manager asset database automatically via SCCM. We have other information to add to all of these assets that SCCM doesn't populate such as; order number, supplier ID, room, order date, received date, warranty expires. Just wondering if anyone can help advise if there is an easy way to add this information into existing records without going into each asset and manually changing it? I'm guessing the asset upload feature is for new assets only and can't be used to add more information to existing assets? Thanks
  3. Hi I am exploring this and have downloaded a CSV file and I am trying to upload a smart phone record - what value goes in the TYPE field? I've tried Smart Phone and Mobile Device and various numbers e.g. 1 and 5 to no avail. How do I find out what I should be entering? I get an error "The type supplied ("5") is not a valid type for the class(class)" Thanks, Trish
  4. Hello Is there a way of'bulk uploading' FAQ's? We currently have a whole list of text-based FAQ's which, rather than create individually, we'd like to upload to a library en-masse. As they're text-only at the moment we have them in an excel list, so we're looking to get the 'bare bones' uploaded, and then, when we have time, go through them individually to make them look better. thanks Paul
