  1. Could you let me know where the setting is for altering the timeout of basic users on the employee portal please? I cannot find it for the life of me.... Thanks in advance
  2. We are experiencing an issue with the customer portal on our instance, where if the customer is timed out, when they attempt to log back in it get stuck in a loop requiring them to login. We think this might be down to the use of a domain proxy and the session cookie, which we are attempting to replicate before logging it as a formal support ticket. In the meantime we have increased our Customer Portal Timeout to 14,400 seconds, aka 4 hours, to alleviate the issue. However it appears that the timeout still occurs at 1 hour rather than 4. Is there a maximum value for the timeout? Cheers Martyn
  3. Does anyone know if there are setting for the portal timeout, we are finding that some customers that take more than 10 minutes to complete a form when resuming the form it wipes the data and you have to start again. Is there a timeout setting/limit that can be changed or is this a limitation in our browsers etc?
  4. Hi, Currently receiving timeout errors and cannot access instance from any network. Thought it might be to do with our SSO but "/?ESPBasic=true" also doesn't work and have just seen the pinned thread so don't think it is our side. Please help! Thanks, Tom
  5. Hi guys, anybody came across an error message after displaying a slideshow for a while on a screen? We have a big TV in our office where we display a slideshow. It is configured to change slide every 5 minutes and refresh the data on widgets every 5 minutes. But after a certain period of time, we get error messages saying it cannot connect to the server, like if it timed out?
