We have a number of different progressive captures which ask very specific questions along with appropriate logic linked to them, which will not necessarily a one to one direct match directly summary and description. At the moment we have to implement logic in the the BPM which branches based on the progressive capture used to then formulate and build the the summary and description (as well as other fields and custom fields) based on the progressive capture responses. This makes the BPM quiet complex when attempting to use a generic/smaller number of BPM's. Can we raise an enhancement request to have amalgamation node, a bit akin to the BPM 'Update Request' node which can be run at the end of the Progressive Capture to populate the necessary fields in the new request. The added advantage is that if for some reason the BPM fails to trigger the main standard fields are populated. Cheers Martyn
  2. I believe this may have already been raised before, but could not locate a post, apologies if a duplicate. Can the ability to add descriptive (Description) text to the standard 'Request Details' form fields be added. We are not able to use the custom forms using the h_summary and h_description fields as these do not pre-populate when logging requests from email or linked requests. Cheers Martyn
  3. Good morning, I wonder if you can help, We have had a number of calls where the information input into the field is not showing in the summary on the request list screen. I have checked the progressive capture and the field is set to mandatory and the field id has h_summary in it. Its working most of the time but we have the odd few where it isn’t? As you can see from the attached screen shots the information has been filled out in the call. Any ideas? Many thanks as always Hayley.
  4. Hello, We are in the process of setting up the Self Service Portal. Setting up the PC forms with Nadeem on Monday and Tuesday was very good, but we have identified an issue with the formatting on the Summary area on the Self Service Portal. Our questions can be very descriptive, there is hardly any way to shorten them whilst making sense to the user, so when the answer a question the Summary Area gets very cluttered. This is a mild example, we do have some extremely long questions in PC's against other catalogs. Can the way the Summary screen appear be improved for very long questions? Maybe have the questions run along the top of the answer spanning the width of the Summary box (with padding of course). Samuel
