  1. We identified what appears to have been a historic issue, were duplicate service specific based SLAs where created when linking to a Corporate SLA. We have now removed these, but has identified that it is possible to create multiple SLA agreements with the identical name. Can the Service Level Agreement Name be made unique please. Cheers Martyn
  2. There does not appear to be a sort order in the drop down for the Service Category on the Service Portfolio page. It appears to be purely on database order based on the first occurrence in the populated list. Can a alphabetical sort order be applied to the drop down? Cheers Martyn
  3. We have added some custom fields to a service portfolio but when we try to edit Custom A for this one service this error pops up...any ideas?
  4. Hi How do you display change requests on service portal? It only seems to display service and incident request

It would be really useful for the Service Portfolio List output format to be enhanced with additional information such as:- Request type icons for the types which are enabled on the service Default Mailbox Include Service Icon Number of Subscriptions Based on the above, the ability then to filter by Request Type Owner Default Mailbox Cheers Martyn
