  1. Hi all I've been using the lock/unlock actions to remind our engineers we need a category before the assign or resolve a request but I would also like the on hold blocked too. Is there a way I can achive this please?
  2. When adding attachments it obviously adds them to the request etc, but when you go to remove it says that the attachment is unlinked from the request. Does this mean that the attachments are still in the database somewhere or do they actually get deleted once removed from a request? Then a follow up question, dependent on answer if they are just unlinked how to we go about deleting them from the server?
  3. At the moment in a Workspace Post, Question, Comment or Answer you can only paste in or attach a single image/file. Is there any plans to support multiple images/files? Cheers Martyn
