Can I raise a enhancement request to have the Request Summary Pop Up dialog to include the additional fields for Sub Status and Service Level, in addition to the current primary Status and Priority fields. Perhaps this could be set up as customer controllable list via the a setting in the admin tool? Cheers Martyn

Can I raise an enhancement request to the Notification Bell list to make it more powerful and allow you to preview the notification before having to click on it which then dismisses the notification. Often we will have many notifications about updates on requests but with the limited information available in the Notification Bell list it is not easier to determine there priority without opening them which then removes them from the list so if it is not a priority you have got to remember to go back to it. If hovering over the request reference could pop out the request summary dialog as it does on the Request List screen, this would allow us to remind us of the request context. Then if hovering over the first time element it provided a preview of the timeline/workspace post the notification is linked you would be able to determine whether you need to action the notification now or leave it in your list to pickup later.   3. When viewing your notifications, it would be good to have a summary pop up/dialog window open when you hover over ones are relate to updates on a request which is assigned to you. Where as at the moment you have to open the notification to view it to determine which customer/organisation/request it relates to and then the notification is removed from your list. Cheers Martyn
  4. Hi there, I'm a user of service manager, it seems that something strange happens to my user specifically (other users unaffected). When I log on and update/raise a few calls, after a few minutes or so, a pop up box (of the style I'm accoustomed to) pops up top left of screen, but you can only see the bottom of the box. I haven't yet found the activity that causes this to happen, this happens on multiple computers and have tried Chrome and Firefox (will dust off IE if anyone thinks it would be a valuable test). If you click the tick 'done' button, nothing happens. The box is loaded a few moments after the page loads so if you're quick you can still manage to click the menu button to navigate elsewhere before the box covers it, rendering you stuck on that page.
