Morning all i am trying to create a widget that tells me the current months breached Resolution tickets in percentage. So for example. I want something that shows me how many tickets in endpoint have breached this month, in comparison to tickets logged to endpioint for the current month. I am ware i can do this for a measure but would like a widget for the "live" dashboard we use? any idea on the SQL required for this? Thanks Hayley.
I am trying to create a measure that can tell me the percentage of calls breached by teams monthly. I want to know the percentage of calls that have breached response OR resolve times, by team. as well as overall totals for the department. I also want to know the overall percentage of calls that have been resolved within the response OR resolve times by team. This measure it generating percentage but I am not 100% sure it is true? 1, can someone advise if this is the correct way to write this measure 2, can someone advised me of how to generate this again in a report so I can confirm the measure is correct? Hi all, In my organisation, we are facing a curious situation where we are struggling to identify the best formula to calculate the percentage of requests resolved within the SLA on a monthly basis. What would be the best practice in your view? Which formula would you use? Option 1: (Total requests logged this month - Total requests breached this month) / Total requests logged this month Option 2: Total requests resolved this month with breach / Total requests resolved this month
