  1. Can I raise an enhancement request to the Notification Bell list to make it more powerful and allow you to preview the notification before having to click on it which then dismisses the notification. Often we will have many notifications about updates on requests but with the limited information available in the Notification Bell list it is not easier to determine there priority without opening them which then removes them from the list so if it is not a priority you have got to remember to go back to it. If hovering over the request reference could pop out the request summary dialog as it does on the Request List screen, this would allow us to remind us of the request context. Then if hovering over the first time element it provided a preview of the timeline/workspace post the notification is linked you would be able to determine whether you need to action the notification now or leave it in your list to pickup later.   2. I am looking to make use of the Customer Timeline Update Notification that emails users when a comment is added to the call. This is a nice feature that will remove the need to use the email section which is what we have been doing to this point. Is there a variable I can add to the email template that will display the last comment made? Cheers for the help.
  3. We make use of Workpspaces quite extensively to keep coordinated, record meeting and actions. This means we will often have multiple notifications within a single workspace appearing in the notification bell at the top. At the moment the behaviour is that when you click on the blue link within the notification is takes you to the whole of the workspace, which then results in all notifications of updates within the workspace being dismissed. Can I ask that the Workspace notifications include a link to the individual post that triggered the notification, that way only the notification for updates on the same post would be cleared and you can then return to the notifications to view the other updates post by post.   4. Hopefully a simple question. If you are a 'Member' on a request, will you get a automatic Hornbill Notification when the request is updated, like the owner? Cheers Martyn
  5. As I understand it, the mobile apps inherit the notification options from the the user's profile? If this is the case it would be useful to have a third column in the User's profile to configure the options for mobile app notifications separately. In my case there are some notifications I would want on my desktop but not on my mobile. Cheers Martyn
