@Victor In relation to the Organisation Import Tool (1.0.0), there are some fields missing from the example field mapping in the json configuration file. In particular the 'h_notes' field is the one I am after at the moment, but 'h_timezone' and 'h_region' appear also to be missing, but language is present. If I add the missing ones in to the field mapping, will they work or does this require a change to the tool itself? Cheers Martyn
At the moment under a Catalog Item you have the Title and the Description, both of which are 'public' and displayed on the Service/Customer Portal. It would be useful to have a Notes field on the Catalog Items to contain internal notes/description which can be used by the Service Owner to record information, such as changes, catalog specific setup etc. Cheers Martyn
In Support Works we make use of the large notes field to store a lot of additional free text information. However in new platform there is no notes field and the custom fields are all Varchar 255, so not long enough to hold the current content. Can a change request be raised to add in a Notes field on the organisation object? Cheers Martyn
