  1. Service Details and FAQ's are currently the same source when viewed in either portal, i.e. Employee and Customer Portals. When operating a services across both internal and external support, this generates a challenge when wanting to insert links to other content such as documents, services, other FAQ's etc. At the moment we have to put in the links using the customer portal URL for external customers (contacts) access, but these then fail to work when the same content is accessed via the Employee Portal. Can we request conditional formatting similar to that in the email templates to allow text and links to be inserted depending on a variable, in our example the Portal type. Cheers Martyn
  2. Related to my earlier post below, can we also request an enhancement to allow the optional inclusion of as link to the activity itself in the timeline entry. We are creating a number of processes where a human activity is assigned to a 'Full User' to a request they are a connection on so that they can see the request timeline in the Employee Portal. We would like the option to include in the timeline entry the link to the activity itself so they can click on this directly in the Employee Portal to complete it. Cheers Martyn
  3. After the update this morning there are still some design issues, but only slightly. Also would it be possible to ask for an enhancement for the link boxes, when you set them to tiled would it be possible to choose how many columns are within the box (see below, this could take another column) to allow more information to be displayed at first glance?

So we have links for a lot of things that now appear not be be redirecting e.g. in one article we have the link (https://live.hornbill.com/uopservicedesk/servicemanager/selfservice2/service/63/catalogs/511/true/) and when you click on it it shows (image below) we have the flag turned on for redirection but it appears that this not working correctly? The redirected link it should be is (https://live.hornbill.com/uopservicedesk/catalog/new-service-request/com.hornbill.servicemanager/63/511/) but in the address bar of the image this is not correct....
  5. Hello In Project Manager, would it be possible to add a section for links, a bit like bookmarks. Our Project documentation managed in sharepoint, and it would be great to be able to add links to external locations within a project. If it was one of the options in the right hand panel by attachments for example, that would be ideal? If we could add default links to the project templates that would be good too. Thanks Darren
  6. When inserting a link into a workspace post or comment linking to another workspace post, this is not interpreted like links to requests with a shortened link/preview. Is it for support for this to be added? Cheers Martyn
