  1. Can I clarify the exact format of the Endpoint URL for the JIRA On Premise KeySafe as there is no example in the Wiki screenshot. Does it require the 'htps://' prefix and the API suffix? https://wiki.hornbill.com/index.php?title=Jira_On_Premise Cheers Martyn
  2. Microsoft 365 Mail Connector application authenticates as the account context used to create it, so when you remove permissions from the Office 365 application to use the account, the Test Connection then fail. This is linked to post below where the you have to create the KeySafe using the global admin user to get it to create, but obviously we do not want leave the Office 365 application with rights to use the global admin user account. Cheers Martyn
  3. Whilst attempting to setup the Microsoft Office 365 Mail Connector - we have identified that it does not support Microsoft 365 Approval Process, where the request is made and then sent for approval. The process appears to require you to log in as a full global admin account and do the process inline as part of the single session. Can the keysafe process be amended to support approval process? Cheers Martyn
  4. Hi all, We want to be able to post messages to our Microsoft Teams channels from within our BPMs and when setting up the Microsoft Key in the Keysafe, we are running into a 'security issue'. The first part of creating the key goes swimmingly, the issue comes when then clicking on the 'Connect' button. It correctly pops up the Microsoft window prompting for a user to login with. The issue is with the fact that the account that needs to login, needs 'Microsoft Admin level permissions' in order to proceed so that we can review the option we are authorising the Hornbill App to be allowed to perform. We do not feel like we should (nor do we want to) configure the Service Account (using a 'Service Account' as this is better for security) with Microsoft 'Admin' level permissions just to be able to post to a Teams channel. What permissions does the 'Service Account' need to allow this functionality to work, but still following the least privilege security principle? I don't know if this is one for you to answer @Steve G? At Insights19 you seemed to be the man that I'm sure would know the answers when it came to questions on integrations. Cheers Steve.
  5. If you want to update the Title or Description of the a KeySafe record in the Admin Tool, the 'Save Changes' button does not activate when changes the former, so you are not able to save any changes. Cheers Martyn
  6. I am in the process of setting up 'Jira Cloud Authentication' in keysafe to see if we can use this option to connect to our on premises but externally accessible JIRA implementation. One thing I have noted is that when you enter the password it is set to be visible and remains visible when retrieving the record in KeySafe screen going forward. I would normally expect the password field to have the option to 'Show Password' when setting it and then it obscured otherwise. Cheers Martyn
